Develop and evaluate care plans, promote disease prevention, and educate patients and families. Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to research and professional education.
Master of Science in Nursing, 2-3 years of experience, valid APRN license, RN license or compact, and BLS certification. Demonstrate critical thinking, independent and collaborative practice, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Conduct patient history and physical exams, interpret lab and radiology findings, individualize patient care, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Educate patients on preventive care and medical treatments, and participate in research and professional development activities.
