Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care including obtaining history, performing assessment via observation, interview and examination
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies
• Develop and implement patient-centered plan of care in collaboration with physicians and team
• Manage health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral
• Counsel and educate patients and families on prevention and treatment options
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and required reports
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and participate in quality improvement activities
