Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Texas. This role offers hybrid flexibility with some virtual blocks and the option to work from home up to one day per week.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

• Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused examinations.

Essential Functions of the Role As a Primary Care NP, you'll care for patients across the spectrum of acute, chronic, and preventive medicine. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while working closely with physicians and an experienced care team.

Your role will include:
