Job summary

Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to deliver primary health care to hospital and clinic patients. You will perform examinations, order tests, establish diagnoses, prescribe medications and educate patients and families about continuing care.

The role reports to the Clinical Nursing Supervisor and requires active WA RN/ARNP licensure, CPR certification within 90 days of hire, and strong EHR skills.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in the state of Washington, required by start date.
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification (within 90 days of hire).
  • Handles confidential medical information and problems in a discreet manner according to CH policies.
  • Must possess basic computer skills related to EHR and Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, email communication, and password management.
  • Desired: EPIC EHR documentation and navigation.

  • Collaborates with staff and physicians to identify patient’s needs and help develop a plan to meet those needs.
  • Provides professional medical services within the scope of training and responsibility, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies.

Salary Range: $66.35 - $76.92

Summary

  3. Participates in decisions, planning, and policies related to clinical care.
  4. Maintains accurate, thorough and complete medical records in a timely manner and demonstrates proficiency in using the Electronic Medical Record documentation system.
  5. Refers patients to specialty services when appropriate.
  6. Collaborates with staff and physicians to identify patient’s needs and help develop a plan to meet those needs.
  7. Provides professional medical services within the scope of training and responsibility, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies.
  8. Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
