Walk‑In Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Hybrid Role (Willamette Valley, OR)

Samaritan Health Services, a non‑profit, integrated health care delivery system, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Walk‑In Clinic team in the Willamette Valley of Oregon (cities include: Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, and Sweet Home).

This unique hybrid position offers a blend of in‑person care in our walk‑in clinics and the flexibility of working from home providing telehealth visits, giving providers the opportunity to enjoy both patient‑facing and remote care settings.

Position Highlights

• Hybrid role: Combination of on‑site walk‑in clinic shifts and remote telehealth visits from home
• Three shifts per week
• One weekend per month
• Average 25‑35 patients per day (in‑clinic) with double‑provider coverage
• Average 3‑4 telehealth patients per hour when working remotely
