MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford Internal Medicine is recruiting for a full-time NP or PA to join our Biddeford practice to provide primary care services, including assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating patients. You will work closely with providers in a collaborative team approach to patient care.

The position offers a structured compensation package with a pay range of $115,566 to $149,556 annually, prorated for 0.75 FTE if applicable, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current PA license in Maine and New Hampshire (or eligible) with NCCPA certification, or current Nursing license (Maine/NH) with eligible licensure.
• Two years of NP/PA experience preferred but not required.

MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Biddeford Internal Medicine is recruiting for a full-time (1.00 FTE/40hrs) Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) to join our Biddeford practice to provide primary care services, such as assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating patients. Work closely with providers in a collaborative team approach to patient care.

This position offers:

• At MaineHealth, we recognize the value each team member brings to our organization. Total compensation packages may include, based on eligibility, recruitment payments, relocation assistance, shift differentials, productivity-based incentives, quality incentives and other premiums.
• The pay range for this position is $115,566 to $149,556 annually based on the candidate's level of experience. Should the successful candidate choose to work a 0.75 FTE schedule, compensation will be prorated based on the approved FTE.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree and successful completion of accredited physician associate program or BSN (MSN preferred) and successful completion of accredited nurse practitioner program.
• License/Certifications: Current Physician Associate license issued by the states of Maine and New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure) and NCCPA certification or current Nursing License issued by the states of Maine and New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure). Current BLS.
• Two years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate/Assistant experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated competency in providing comprehensive healthcare, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated proficient use of electronic medical record.
• Excellent verbal communication and proficient writing skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Is HIPAA compliant.
• Demonstrated Integration of theoretical knowledge base and clinical expertise in decision making.
