THE OPPORTUNITY: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Wound Care

THE LOCATION: Grants Pass, Oregon

Ready for a change? We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our wound care team in Grants Pass, Oregon. This is a full-time position and 90% of responsibilities will be outpatient and 10% will be inpatient, weekdays only – no weekends nor call coverage. WOCN or WCC/OMS certification will be required but may be obtained after hire.

THE DETAILS
-Hourly compensation $67.30 ($139,984 per year)
-Annual quality performance incentives up to $10,000 beginning year 2
-Up to $10,000 signing bonus
-Up to $10,000 relocation assistance DOE
-$3,000 annual CME allowance
-Excellent paid time off, health, dental, vision and retirement benefits

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 years of post graduate wound care NP or PA experience is required

-Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

WOCN or WCC/OMS certification will be required BUTcertification can obtained after hire

-Ability to obtain Nurse Practitioner (NP) license by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners (OBME) required

All applicants must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
