Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Urgent Care Per Diem (Finance)
Work Schedule : Days and hours are to be determined based on coverage needed within our urgent care clinics. Various shifts between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am - 6:00 pm on weekends/holidays. Minimum requirement of 20 hours in a 13-week schedule.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to:
Education :
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner:
If Physician Assistant:
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
