Job summary

Tia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our SoHo clinic. In this foundational role, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services, while reimagining the care model to better serve women.

We offer built-in protected time for documentation and care coordination, AI-supported documentation, and quarterly bonuses with equity. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, with comprehensive health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• NP or PA with National Board Certification (ANCC/AANP/NCCPA) and NY license.
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health, Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
• Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse range of clinical needs.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.

What You'll Do

• Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services in an outpatient setting.

What You'll Bring

Requirements

• Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.


• Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women's Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.


• Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.

Training & Development

Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:

• Specialized Women's Health: Menopause management and sexual health.


• Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.

Compensation & Benefits

Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.

The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000, depending on level and experience.
