Tia is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care at our SoHo clinic in New York. As a foundational member of the team, you’ll deliver comprehensive primary care and women’s health services, while participating in evolving care models and utilizing technology to support evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Credentials: NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active NY License and DEA.
• Clinical expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care focusing on Women’s Health, Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care.
• Operational mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; collaborate with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow.
• Training & development: Specialized Women’s Health incl. menopause management and sexual health; expanded primary care incl. dermatology, weight management, procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.
• Training & Development: Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training:
• Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
• Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope.

Work Location

This role is based in our SoHo clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
• The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 , depending on level and experience.
