Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Psych Med

Position Summary

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services following site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine in long-term care settings.

Qualifications/Education

• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a current, valid license to practice medicine in your state, along with necessary certifications.

OR

• Graduated from an accredited Physician Assistant program, passed the national certification exam, and hold a valid state license with specialization in geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry preferred.
