UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to lead our Pediatric Trauma Program. This clinical leadership role combines patient care with program management to advance quality, safety, education, and performance improvement for our pediatric trauma service.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in PA/NP, MA license with national certification, PALS, and 3–5 years in pediatric trauma or related fields.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary program dedicated to delivering exceptional pediatric trauma care while advancing quality, safety, education, performance improvement, and injury prevention initiatives.The Pediatric Trauma Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the pediatric trauma program. This role ensures compliance with state, regional, and national trauma standards, including American College of Surgeons verification requirements, while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and advance trauma care delivery.The Program Manager serves as a clinical leader, educator, and collaborator across the continuum of pediatric trauma care.
