Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary care within skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will conduct routine rounds, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility partners to improve quality of life for residents.

As an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will provide comprehensive primary care services within skilled nursing and senior living communities.
