Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or physician assistant studies (PA).
• Texas licensure/certification required for practice.
• Physician Assistant certification (NCCPA) or APRN licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and/or inpatient evaluation and treatment under physician supervision.
• Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans and referrals.
• Counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
