Think Whole Person Healthcare in Omaha, NE, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to work with the podiatrist delivering comprehensive foot and ankle care in clinic and long-term care settings. The role emphasizes preventative foot care, routine nail care, diabetic foot evaluations, wound monitoring, and patient education, with regular travel to nursing homes.
The APP collaborates with facility staff, documents in the EMR, and ensures regulatory compliance.

The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) works collaboratively with the Podiatrist to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients in both clinic and long-term care settings. This role focuses on preventative foot care, management of common podiatric conditions, routine nail care, diabetic foot evaluations, wound monitoring, and patient education. The APP will regularly travel to nursing homes to provide podiatric services, including toenail trimming and treatment of routine foot conditions.
Master’s Degree required, Doctorate preferred. Advanced Practice Provider (APP) who has completed the necessary education for certification and unrestricted licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practice required. A minimum of two (2) years of podiatry experience.
