American Family Care (AFC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team. You will assess and treat patients of all ages, manage acute conditions, perform minor procedures, and conduct DOT and employment exams in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

We offer a collaborative environment with an emphasis on work-life balance, ongoing CME resources, and competitive base pay plus performance bonuses.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency care.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) with an active state license or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) with an active state license.
• Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within onboarding period.

Mansioni

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute conditions, infections, and injuries.
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage.
• Conduct DOT and employment exams.

Who We’re Looking For

• Skilled in urgent care procedures and comfortable in a fast-paced clinic
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period
