We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with flexible hours based on department needs.

Provide high-quality outpatient pain management care, including treatment for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia patients.

Perform clinic injections and follow-up care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, residents, nurses, and medical assistants.

Require minimum education of a Master's or Doctorate for NPs and a Bachelor's or Master's for PAs, with active licensure and certifications, including prescriptive authority and DEA license.
