Our team is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience in Otolaryngology to join our Madison Center located at 904 7th Ave. Seattle, WA 98104 / Northgate Plaza located at 9709 3rd Ave NE #400, Seattle, WA 98115. We also have a position available at our Everett Clinic location at 3813 Rucker Ave. Everett, WA 98201.

Position Highlights:
Most of the patient volume is general ENT. The team does have a need for need for Ear, Head & Neck, &/or Sleep Subspecialty.
Full spectrum ENT with large catchment area
4 days per week
36 contact hours; 4 -day work week typically
Schedule is somewhat negotiable
20-24 patients per day average
Epic EMR/DAX
Subspecialties in department include Head and Neck, Facial Plastics, and Laryngology
New and fully equipped clinical space with established referral base; ASC and 2 procedure rooms on-site
Collegial local community ENT groups and excellent state academy with yearly academic meetings (NWAO)
Primary Responsibilities:
Treating and managing patients according to standard, usual, and customary methods, and techniques.
Provides understanding of diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and management of patients according to current standards of care utilizing best practice recommendations.
Counsels and educates patients and families.
Maintains accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Communicates effectively and respectfully with other health professionals and staff.
Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team members.
Demonstrates the highest level of accountability for professional practice.
Maintains effectiveness throughout changing circumstances. Is flexible, resilient, and change oriented.
Participates in organizational and departmental meetings, educational opportunities, committees, and workgroups as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment
Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment
Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
Current BLS, ACLS certification
EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
1 - 3+ Years Experience working in Otolaryngology, either as an RN or NP/PA preferred.

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
