Job Overview

We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality primary care, collaborate with physicians, and serve our community. This role involves assessing and managing patients, providing education, and maintaining records in accordance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Comply with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  2. Perform physical exams, take medical histories, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  3. Administer medications, injections, and sutures as appropriate.
  4. Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
  5. Coordinate care with physicians and maintain accurate records.
  6. Maintain patient confidentiality and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • MSN preferred; successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience plus two years as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current Ohio CNP or APRN license.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, medical equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
