Qualifications

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (no call, no weekends)
  2. Manage patient care in outpatient setting
  3. Average Daily Patient Census: 18-20 patients
  4. Comfortable seeing patients of all ages; primarily adults/senior base
  5. Dedicated support staff of nurses and medical assistants
  6. Scheduled weekly administrative time ~40 mins each day

Required Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
  2. Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
  3. Unrestricted California State Medical License
  4. Current California DEA certificate
  5. EMR Proficient


Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bilingual Spanish speaking
  2. 1+ year experience working in primary care


California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
