A leading healthcare provider in Espanola is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to manage patient care in an inpatient setting. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various health conditions, conducting health assessments, and collaborating with a healthcare team. Summary: The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Clinical Nurse Specialist serves as clinical resource and an independent practitioner who diagnoses and manages acute and chronic diseases on the inpatient unit. Proactively manages the care of patients across the continuum of care. Oversees the case management of complex patients.
Practice Highlights:
Minimum two to three years experience in an acute care setting required. Prior experience working in a hospitalist setting desirable.
