CareSpot Urgent Care in South Florida is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, supportive team delivering high-quality care with a flexible schedule and a coastal lifestyle.

We serve patients across Broward and Palm Beach counties, with no overnight shifts and generous PTO. Full-time roles include company-sponsored benefits, CME allowance, and access to UpToDate and OccDocOne with tail malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year urgent care, ER, family practice or outpatient experience required
• BLS Certification
• Ability to pass a Level II background screening and AHCA clearance

Responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages (6mo+) in a fast-paced urgent care setting (3-4 pts per hour)
• Order & interpret labs, x-rays and ECG
• Provide efficient, patient-focused care

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year urgent care, ER, family practice or outpatient experience required
• BLS Certification
