CareSpot Urgent Care in the Jacksonville area is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established, supportive team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a fast-paced urgent care setting and enjoy a flexible schedule and coastal lifestyle.

Requirements include board certification, an active Florida license, 1+ year urgent care/ER or family practice experience, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license in good standing.
• Board-certified NP or PA with current credentials.
• 1+ year urgent care, ER, family practice, or outpatient experience.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to pass AHCA background screening.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Order and interpret labs, x-rays, and ECG.
• Provide efficient, patient-centered care in a urgent care environment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver timely care.

What You'll Do

• Treat patients of all ages (6mo+) in a fast-paced urgent care setting (averaging 3-4pts per hour)
• Opportunity to pick up overtime shifts, if desired
• Order & interpret labs, x-rays and ECG
• Provide efficient, patient-focused care

What We're Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Board Certified)
• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• 1+ year urgent care, ER, family practice or outpatient experience required
• BLS Certification
• Ability to pass a Level II background screening and clearance through AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) - https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
