NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (CSNP)

Liberty Medical Care Services is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (CSNP) for a full-time position in Greenville, NC. The role involves performing comprehensive health assessments, collaborating with healthcare teams, managing patient care, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting health risk assessments and clinical documentation
• Collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and medical personnel
• Identifying quality improvement activities and planning care
• Reviewing medical histories and performing screenings
• Interpreting diagnostic data and prescribing treatments
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, state, and federal laws
• Supervising and mentoring RN Case Managers
• Participating in recruitment, evaluations, and staff development
• Engaging with members and participating in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current licensure and certification in NC
