Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider for the new Clinical Decision Unit in the Emergency Department. This night-shift role focuses on short-term care, admissions, and coordinating transitions to outpatient or inpatient services, under CDU physicians.

Virtua Medical Group is excited to welcome a Full-Time Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) to join our new Clinical Decision Unit (CDU), an extension of the Emergency Department designed to provide short-term care for patients needing extended diagnostics or brief hospital treatments before discharge.

Overview:
As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in-hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred.
• Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential.

Compensation:

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $127,287.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
