You will deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Arizona NP or PA license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Meets credentialing requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Deliver primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Perform wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine checkups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans, including patient counseling.

An established outpatient primary care clinic in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its dedicated team.
