Overview

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Advanced Aesthetic Injector. This role is based in Southwest Florida and focuses on cosmetic injectables and laser aesthetics, collaborating with a new incoming plastic surgeon to grow the aesthetic division.

Location & Schedule

Location: Southwest Florida

Schedule: 4 or 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts

Compensation

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 base + commission

About the Role

Join one of Southwest Florida’s most established aesthetic practices, renowned for patient-first care, strong community ties, and a full-scope medical aesthetics model. This advanced practice provider (APP) will play a key role in the growth of the aesthetic division alongside a new incoming plastic surgeon.

What You’ll Do

• Perform a full range of injectable and laser-based aesthetic services, including:
  • PDO Threads
  • BBL (BroadBand Light)
  • MOXI
  • RF Microneedling
  • Sofwave
• Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide follow-up care
• Document in Nextech EMR
• Collaborate closely with surgical providers, estheticians, and the broader clinical team
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment expectations, and post-procedure care

Who You Are

• Board Certified NP or PA with aesthetic injection experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Confident in delivering full-spectrum injectable treatments and laser-based technologies
• Passionate about aesthetics and committed to continued learning and evolving trends
• Thrive in a patient-centric, fast-paced environment with a close-knit team
• Comfortable working across multiple locations
