Protouch Staffing seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care clinic in Crescent City, CA. You will provide direct patient care at a sustainable pace, with about 3 patients per hour, supported by a strong admin team handling scheduling and operations.

The role emphasizes burnout reduction and relationship-based care, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts Sun-Thu, some shifts 8-2 Thu-Fri, and occasional Sundays. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license
• National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current DEA license
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Interest in community-based, mission-driven healthcare

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Accepting New Grads) - Crescent City, CA

Location: Crescent City, California

Schedule: Full-Time (The clinic is open 8 am - 8 pm Sun - Thurs) | This is for 12-hour shifts Sun - Thurs, with Thursdays and Fridays 8 - 2, and may be three 12s or two 6s and two 12s each week. 2 Sundays per month are required.

Compensation

$160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus an incentive bonus, depending on experience.

Job Summary

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care clinic. You'll care for patients at a sustainable pace - around 3 patients per hour - with a strong administrative team managing scheduling and daily operations.
