Job summary

Physician Services Group (PSG) in Seneca, South Carolina is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Post-Acute Care team. You will provide in-person care at a local post-acute and skilled nursing facility, collaborating with attending physicians and on-site teams.

The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, a salary range of $100,000-$120,000 based on experience, plus an annual performance bonus and a $1,500 CME stipend with paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
• Board certification required or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred.
• Passion for geriatric medicine and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person NP care at post-acute and skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and on-site teams.
• Deliver preventive and chronic disease management for geriatric patients.
