Job summary

Physicians Services Group (PSG) in Orangeburg, SC is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Post-Acute Care team. You will provide in-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility, collaborate with attending physicians, and enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The role offers clinical autonomy, a supportive team environment, and a compensation range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus a $1,500 CME stipend and paid

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in South Carolina (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred
• Passion for geriatric medicine, preventative care, and chronic disease management

Responsibilities

Schedule & Setting

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility
• Collaborative care alongside attending physicians and on-site teams
• Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
• Annual performance-based bonus
• $1,500 CME stipend + paid holidays
