Total Extended Care Services in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interdisciplinary PM&R team in sub-acute rehab settings. You will partner with PM&R physicians and other clinicians to deliver high-quality rehab care directly at skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications

• MI licensure for NP/PA required
• Board certification in PM&R preferred
• Active license(s) as NP/PA

In this role, you will partner with our PM&R physician in the sub-acute rehab setting.
