Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a qualified NP or PA for an outpatient contract role in Minneapolis, providing 45-minute evaluations for adults in a supportive, low-volume environment.

You will work in a collaborative team, with no call duties and no heavy quotas, and set a schedule from 1 day per week to 32–40 hours weekly, based on your preferences and clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license
• 2+ years of experience with strong adult assessment and clinical documentation skills
• Experience working with medically complex adult populations preferred
• Comfortable working independently within a multidisciplinary care setting

• Produce clear, thorough clinical documentation
• Practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Set a schedule that works for you, anywhere from 1 day per week up to full time (32 to 40 hours weekly is the ideal)

About the Role

You'll provide comprehensive evaluations for adult patients in a structured outpatient setting, with 45-minute appointments that give you actual time with each person. No call responsibilities, and no high-volume productivity metrics hanging over your day.

Our client is a respected outpatient healthcare organization where providers work within a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment. The patient population is adults presenting with chronic health concerns, musculoskeletal conditions, mental health symptoms, and complex medical histories, so the clinical work stays varied and substantive.
