Elios, Inc. seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a contract role in Billings, MT onsite. You will provide comprehensive 45-minute evaluations for adult patients in a outpatient setting, with no call duties and no high-volume quotas.

The role emphasizes collaborative, well-supported clinical environment with complex adult patients, allowing meaningful patient interaction and a predictable outpatient schedule. You can choose 1 day per week up to 32–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• 2+ years of experience with strong adult assessment and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience with medically complex adult populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive 45-minute evaluations with adult patients.
• Assess chronic medical conditions, musculoskeletal complaints, and functional limitations.

• Practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

You'll provide comprehensive evaluations for adult patients in a structured outpatient setting, with 45-minute appointments that give you actual time with each person. No call responsibilities, and no high-volume productivity metrics hanging over your day.

Our client is a respected outpatient healthcare organization where providers work within a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment. The patient population is adults presenting with chronic health concerns, musculoskeletal conditions, mental health symptoms, and complex medical histories, so the clinical work stays varied and substantive.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive 45-minute evaluations with adult patients
• Assess a wide range of presentations, including chronic medical conditions, musculoskeletal complaints, and functional limitations
• Evaluate anxiety, depression, and stress-related symptoms as part of whole-person care
• Manage general primary care and internal medicine related concerns
