About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical care team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive primary care, conduct clinical evaluations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and foster long-term patient wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical exams, health screenings, and routine patient evaluations.

Diagnose and establish evidence-based treatment plans for acute illnesses and chronic diseases.

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKGs).

Prescribe medications, therapies, and controlled substances in accordance with Arizona Board of Nursing guidelines and DEA registration.

Provide patient education on preventive health, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited APRN program.

Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in the State of Arizona (or eligible via NLC Compact RN base).

National Certification: Board certified as an FNP, AGNP, or related specialty (AANP or ANCC).

Credentials: Active DEA registration (or eligible) and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Experience: 1+ years of outpatient/primary care experience as an NP preferred (motivated new graduates welcomed).

Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, AthenaHealth).
