Your Role with the Company

Full-time, permanent position with minimal call. You will work in an ambulatory primary care setting seeing adult and adolescent patients.

Background Profile

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 3+ years of experience in outpatient primary care as an Advanced Practice Provider is required.
