Job summary

West Coast Wound is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care for patients in Farmington, NM and surrounding areas. You will travel to patients’ homes or SNFs to deliver care and education. This is a part-time role (2 days/week) with extensive training and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures as part of plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Ensure patient satisfaction with care.
• Patient education and management.
• Debridement of wounds by appropriate methods during visits.
• Apply topical wound care and other wound management products.
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart, with follow-up notes.

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care services for our patients. You will travel locally within your designated region to see our patients in their homes or SNFs.

This position is looking for candidates living in or around Farmington NM and be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes and in facilities. The territory for this role will service patients in throughout Farmington area.

Must be licensed as an NP or PA in NM.

This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care.

No experience is needed. We provide extensive training, 24/7 support, offer competitive compensation.

Responsibilities
