Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide mobile wound care in patients' homes and SNFs. Candidates must be licensed as an NP or PA in NM and be willing to drive within the Deming area to deliver care.

We offer extensive training, 24/7 support, and a competitive compensation package. This is a non-remote, in-person role requiring local travel to patient locations in the Deming region.

Qualifications

• Current state NP/PA license in NM.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and minimum state required liability auto insurance; local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally within your designated region to see patients in their homes or SNFs.
• Perform wound care procedures as part of the plan of care.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Ensure all patients are completely satisfied.
• Patient education and management.
• Debridement of wounds by various methods completed during visits.
• Application of topical wound care products and other wound management products.
• Notate findings and treatment course in the patient chart, including follow-up notes.

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to perform mobile advanced wound care services for our patients. You will travel locally within your designated region to see our patients in their homes or SNFs.

This position is looking for candidates living in or around Deming NM and be willing to drive to see patients in this area in their homes and in facilities. The territory for this role will service patients in throughout Deming area.

Must be licensed as an NP or PA in NM.

This is not a remote position. Must be willing and able to drive to patient homes to provide wound care.

• Perform wound care procedures as deemed necessary and appropriate for plan of care
