Job summary

The Judge Group is hiring for an outpatient Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care role in Sunnyvale, CA, serving occasional coverage in nearby San Jose. The assignment runs from October 26, 2026 to January 30, 2027, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

Full-Time Locum Tenens status. Seeking a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with CA license to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced clinic setting, including DOT, pre-employment, and surveillance physicals.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, NP, or PA with active California license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Minimum 1 year of office-based procedural experience.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Seeking a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care services. The provider will treat work-related injuries, illnesses, and walk-in urgent care patients in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat occupational health and urgent care patients

• Complete office-based procedures within scope of practice
• Communicate work status, restrictions, and return-to-work plans with employers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Preferred

• 1+ year of Occupational Medicine experience
