Atria Health Institute is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality preventive pediatric care across institute facilities and patient homes in Florida. The role includes well visits, vaccinations, phlebotomy, IV care, and telehealth support.

You will collaborate with Chief Medical Officers to provide comprehensive care, maintain credentialing, and participate in a fast‑paced, growing practice focused on healthspan and longevity.

Formación

• Current FL NP license required.
• Minimum 2 years’ NP experience.
• Ability to provide comprehensive pediatric primary care and occasional adult cross‑coverage.
• Experience with home-based care including vaccinations, phlebotomy, and IV placement.
• BLS certification required.
• Maintain professional licenses, DEA certification, and state/national credentials.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized pediatric care in a state‑of‑the‑art facility and at members’ homes.
• Collaborate with CMOs to deliver preventive care, well visits, and comprehensive health assessments.
• Offer on‑call home care coverage and Institute support as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for telehealth visits and prescriptions.
• Perform procedures such as vaccinations, venipuncture, IV placement, and related care.
• Ensure ongoing licensure, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Atria, you will be providing personalized, exceptional health care to our pediatric members. Your essential job duties will include the following:

• Partner with Atria physicians to provide exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility, as well as providing care to our members in the comfort of their homes.

• Works collaboratively with CMOs (Chief Medical Officers) to provide Preventive Care, Well Visits & Comprehensive Health Assessments in the Institute, also with direct and indirect supervision for urgent Home Care visits.

• Flexibility to work weekends and off hours for on‑call coverage for home care visits and Institute coverage, as necessary.

• Pediatric NPs must have the ability to provide comprehensive Primary Care to the pediatric population and provide occasional cross‑coverage of adult patients.

• Adaptability to gain training and demonstrate competencies in a variety of Point of Care Testing modalities and devices.

• Flexibility to perform clinical, administrative, and clerical tasks outside routine scope of practice.

• Providing Home Care Services for minor procedures, such as insertion of peripheral IV for medication administration, wound care, vaccinations, and phlebotomy techniques.

• Documentation and appropriate maintenance of Medical Records for members

• Telehealth visits & Electronic prescribing of medications as needed.

• Maintains a high‑quality workforce to assist in the achievement of the Organization’s Mission

• Maintenance & upkeep of Professional Licenses, Certifications, DEA certification, State requirements and National Certifying Agencies credentials

• Current FL NP license required

• 2+ years’ working experience as NP

• Capable and experienced with relevant procedures including but not limited to vaccination, phlebotomy, catheterization, intravenous line placement, medication administration by IV, IM and nebulizer.

• Adaptability to gain training and demonstrate competencies in a variety of point of care testing modalities and devices.

• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
