Central Outreach Wellness Center Llc is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to assess and treat a range of conditions in a fast-paced clinic setting. The CRNP will take patient histories, update charts, order tests, review results, and design treatment plans while addressing patient questions about health and well-being.

The ideal candidate demonstrates trauma-informed care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Formación

• CRNP certification and PA license required.
• DEA registration and clear PA license in Pennsylvania.
• Child Abuse and FBI clearances must be current.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient health history and current condition.
• Update patient charts with findings and treatments.
• Order and interpret tests with clinical staff.
• Develop and communicate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Educate patients on nutrition, hygiene, and health maintenance.
• Provide patient-centered and trauma-informed care.
