AccentCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care for a PRN/Part-Time role in Downtown Chicago. You’ll develop and implement plans for patients with chronic and terminal illnesses, perform assessments, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality care.
The position requires an active NP license in the state, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to all locations. DEA license is preferred and experience in palliative care is advantageous.
