Job summary

Responsibilities

• Practice medicine within scope of license, training, and credentialing.
• Follow current standards of care and quality criteria per Medical Staff Bylaws.
• Promote a safety-conscious workplace and evaluate patients.
• Complete patient charting and required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Support Practice Manager and participate in policy development and review.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the lifespan.
• Communicate with patients appropriately, considering age-related needs.
• Attend hospital-wide orientations, meetings, and in-services.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work scheduling to ensure patient care.
