Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Practice medicine within license scope and credentialing.
• Follow current standards of care and Medical Staff Bylaws.
• Complete patient charting and required paperwork promptly.
• Promote a safety-conscious workplace and support office policies.
• Evaluate and follow up with patients across age groups.
