Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Clinical Nurse Specialist Program with current license in the State of Arizona and current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under physician supervision.
• Perform episodic and follow-up care and conduct exams appropriate to chief complaint or visit reason.
• Obtain comprehensive health histories, identify risks, and order/interpret appropriate tests.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans; include preventive care and document patient education.
• Maintain medical records with confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, ordering, and follow-up communication with front office and patients.
