UW Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Pediatrics for a job in MADISON, Wisconsin.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday – Friday position working 10-hour shifts 4 days per week. Holiday and weekend rotations are not required. Hours can vary based on departmental needs. You will work at WI Sleep located at 6001 Research Park Blvd and American Family Children’s Hospital Clinics located at 600 Highland Ave in Madison, WI.

Education:
Minimum –
If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Work Experience: Preferred – Two years of APP ambulatory experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum -
If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Adult; Adult/Gerontology Acute Care; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Family; Gerontology.
If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
