Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at the Junction Road Clinic in Madison, WI.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who:

• Has a strong passion for Endocrinology
• Has clinical rotations or past work experience in Endocrinology

You will also:

• Provide care primarily to patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and other endocrine conditions.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive outpatient care.
• Participate in the daily operations of the Diabetes Management Service.
• Conduct health history and physical assessments for patients with acute or chronic issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited PA program

Licenses & Certifications

• Active PA license with prescriptive authority in practice state(s)
• Active PA board certification
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain one prior to or upon hire
