Job summary
Freeman Orthopedic & Sports Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for progressive orthopedic pain management. This flexible part-time position allows autonomy in patient load management while being supported by a dedicated specialty team.
Candidates must hold an active NP license in New Jersey and have effective communication skills. The role includes conducting examinations, diagnosing musculoskeletal issues, and managing patient records through an efficient EMR system.

Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey is required.
- Valid DEA and CDS certifications are needed.
- Previous experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and pain-focused physical examinations.
- Diagnose acute/chronic musculoskeletal issues and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely patient records via EMR system.
