Job summary

Freeman Orthopedic & Sports Medicine is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this flexible part-time role, you will manage patient care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), allowing for a self-directed schedule. You will work collaboratively within a high-energy specialty team, focusing on orthopedic pain management and comprehensive patient evaluations.

This position offers true professional freedom, with the ability to choose your own hours and minimized commute times. Candidates must hold an active NP License in New Jersey and have DEA and CDS certifications.

Qualifications

• Active NP License in New Jersey is required.
• Valid DEA and CDS certifications needed.
• Experience in SNF rounding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orthopedic and pain-focused evaluations in SNF.
• Diagnose musculoskeletal issues and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
