Job description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care facility in Spencer, IN!

  • Full-time, M-F
    • 36 hours of patient-facing hours; 4 hours of admin time
    • 1 week of after-hours nights and weekend telephone call (done from providers' homes) per year
  • 100% outpatient
  • Team includes 4 physicians and 5 NPs
  • Patient volume: 100/week, all ages

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary care provider for patients in a team-based care model
  • Evaluate and treat using evidence-based medicine
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to provide care for patients in the office
  • Perform procedures including suturing, point of care testing, and potential training opportunities for other procedures.

Qualifications:

  • FNP, ACNP, AGNP, PAcertification/eligibility required
  • RN background in ICU or emergency medicine preferred
