About the Role

As an NP or PA at Toward Health, you will provide virtual care to patients, focusing on preventative care, chronic disease management, and metabolic health optimization. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a flexible, telemedicine-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Virtual Patient Care – Conduct telehealth visits, diagnose conditions, and create personalized treatment plans.
• Focus on Preventative & Chronic Care – Support patients with metabolic health, weight management, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with a Team – Work alongside physicians, health coaches, and other providers to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
• Document & Optimize Care – Maintain accurate, timely records in our digital health platform.

Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA – Active license in one or more U.S. states (multi-state licensure preferred).
• Telehealth Experience – Prior virtual care experience is a plus, but we’ll provide training.
• Metabolic Health or Chronic Disease Focus – Experience with weight management, endocrinology, or lifestyle medicine is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy & Patient-Centered – Comfortable using digital platforms and passionate about delivering exceptional virtual care.

Toward Health has an experience based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
